Senior HR Business Partner

At Szallas Group, we're transforming the way HR partners with the business. We're looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner who enjoys working closely with leaders, driving meaningful change, and making a real business impact through people.

This is not an administrative HR role. Our HR Operations activities are centralized, allowing you to focus on what matters most: partnering with leaders, developing talent, strengthening teams, and helping our business grow.

You'll support managers across Customer Service, Partner Service, Product, Engineering, Finance and Corporate Functions while playing a key role in our ongoing organizational transformation.

Senior HR Business Partner

Type: Part-time (60-80%)

What you'll do

As a trusted advisor to business leaders, you will:

• Partner with managers to solve business challenges through people solutions.

• Coach and develop leaders to build high-performing, engaged teams.

• Drive organizational development and change initiatives.

• Lead local recruitment for key positions and support workforce planning.

• Guide managers through employee relations and complex people matters.

• Drive performance management, talent development and succession planning.

• Lead employee engagement initiatives and support Pulse Survey action plans.

• Use HR data and insights to identify trends and recommend improvements.

• Contribute to Group-wide HR projects and continuously improve the employee and manager experience.

We're looking for someone who brings:

• At least 7 years of HR experience, including time as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Business Partner.

• Strong experience partnering with business leaders in a dynamic environment.

• Solid knowledge of Hungarian Labour Law.

• Experience supporting organizational change and transformation.

• Recruitment experience across professional roles.

• Strong coaching, influencing and stakeholder management skills.

• A commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.

• Confidence working with HR data and translating insights into action.

• Fluent Hungarian and English.
